Greetings dear friends,

I hope that each of you are doing well in the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Things here are going well by Gods grace. We are in a season of transition and exciting things are happening! Since moving to our new location we are experiencing a newness of Gods grace among us. We are seeing new visitors on a weekly basis, an increase in salvations, an increase in prayer, an increase of Gods manifest Presence, and a new passion among our church family. God is confirming that we are now in the right place.

Recently a lady from the community visited our Sunday meeting and shared with us that her family had been praying for years for a church to be established in this area. She was sharing about the great need for a church to be in this area and was giving thanks to God for hearing their prayers. A small business owner who started connecting to our church recently gave testimony that since joining us his entire life has began to change. He also gave testimony that before connecting with us that his business was not doing well and that he had considered closing it but after praying with one of our leaders his business is now growing in a way that he never imagined. Praise God!

Nightly 3-5 of our young people are spending the night in the church. They along with others are spending hours and hours each night and day in prayer, in the study of God’s Word and sharing the Gospel in the community around our church. It is such a joy to see the passion and devotion of these youth to God and to His service!

As a church we are finishing up a twenty one day time of prayer and fasting. One of focus points of our prayer was for God to move in a mighty way in the area around our church. Over the next few weeks we will be ramping up our evangelism efforts in our community. Please pray with us for seeds to be sown and for life changing decisions to be made.

In addition to our new location we have a new addition to our leadership team. His name is Mahder Eshetu and he is proving to be a huge blessing and a tremendous boost. I have been handing over many responsibilities to him and he is doing an amazing job! Mahder is an answer to our prayer and we are thankful to have him with us.

The addition of Mahder to our team and the relocating of our church are helping us move forward in our vision in a new and dynamic way. We are excited about what God is doing and are believing Him for great things in this coming season!

As of now we have received $6,500 towards our goal of $15,000 to help us cover some of our relocation expenses. Thanks to all of you who have prayed and contributed. If you have not yet contributed and would like to do so please donate here and designate “Ethiopian Missions.” This is a strategic time for us and we appreciate you’re standing with us! If you’re making a contribution please email me and let me know. Thanks so much!

Attached is a recent photo of a recent lunch meeting with a small group of our high school and college students. It was such a joy to sit back and hear the university students sharing their experiences with and encouraging the high school students in their faith!

May God bless you richly as you stand with us in the harvest!
