  • Born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Earned degree of Doctor from Addis Ababa University, MA in transformational leadership from Greenwich University in UK, MA in biblical and theological studies from Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology
  • Married to one wife and has two children
  • Became a disciple of Jesus when I graduated from High School
  • Ministered as a senior pastor, president, and board chairman of Emmanuel United Church of Ethiopia for over 20 years
  • Speaks on many conferences and present research papers on a variety of issues as well as do a 30 minutes Satellite TV teaching on Elshadai
  • Served as board member of Evangelical Fellowship of Ethiopia for three terms and council member of Interreligious Council of Ethiopia
  • Involved in establishing a new evangelical leaders network
  • Served as an advisory council member for Compassion International Ethiopia and board member of Evangelical Theological College
  • Volunteered to be associate staff for Harvest International and national director of International Leadership Institute
  • Recently moved to the States as a Minister of Church Development under R-1 visa with my family
