Baby Hallow
I’m sure you figured out from the subject line, we’re pregnant!! Reisa and I are so excited to be parents. We can’t wait to welcome Baby Hallow this fall! God is so faithful to us, and we’re praying this child would grow up to love Jesus and would love to share him with the nations of the world.
Church Plant
I wanted to share a glimpse of the vision of the church plant we’re a part of in Charlotte.
The goal is to reach college students, the city, and help them to
Know Jesus · Grow Together · Live Sent.
We’ll start right on the campus — evangelizing, discipling students, and hosting community gatherings. We believe the gospel of Jesus satisfies the deepest longings of the heart and catalyzes his people into local and global mission. Our hearts have been gripped for global missions, and we believe God wants us to take college students to unreached people groups to bring the gospel of Jesus.
We will be a community that loves one another, centers on the presence of God, anchors itself in the truth of his Word, and goes out for his mission. We’re in the middle of our strategic planning for the launch, so please be praying for us.

Pray for good health and a safe pregnancy for Reisa.

Pray for us as we find the right healthcare in NC for Reisa.

Pray we find the right housing that serves our family well and serves the vision/calling for Charlotte.
This is a year of a lot of transition for Reisa and I, and with that comes a lot of practical needs.
Living in Charlotte means there will be a lot of commuting. With Reisa getting to appointments, driving to University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s campus, and having discipleship and evangelism meetings all over the city, we are in need of 2 vehicles.
Car #1: God has already provided through someone in NC in a huge way! We are so grateful!
Car #2: We need to raise $10,000.
