October 2025: Resilient Faith

After returning to Prague from the U.S., the journey to Ukraine took four trains due to closed airspace—an exhausting but meaningful trip. In Ternopil, I joined Pastor Oleg for the church’s anniversary conference, prayed with wounded soldiers, and witnessed the heartbreaking toll of war. One night, air-raid sirens marked my first real sound of conflict, as drones and missiles passed toward Lviv, where a church family narrowly escaped harm. Despite the devastation, the faith and resilience of Ukrainian believers continue to inspire hope. Following ministry with leaders in Lviv and a stop in Krakow, I’m now back in Prague, focused on campus outreach, finding a new church venue, and pressing forward in our doctoral studies while building community at home.

Prayer Points:

  • Peace in Ukraine & refugee relief resources
  • More campus workers
  • Increase in financial partnerships
  • Funds to purchase a vehicle
