I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying the start of summer!
Here is a quick update on some of our partnerships in Ethiopia!
We want to thank everyone who prayed for and contributed financially towards Dr. Ephrem taking his USMLE exam. He gave himself fully to preparing for the exam but unfortunately came up short on his first attempt. He learned a lot from the process and is now diligently preparing for his second attempt. We are believing God for success as he prepares to retake the exam. Please continue to pray for Dr. Ephrem as he prepares for his next attempt. See photos below of Dr. Ephrem as he studies for his exam and as he preaches a message in our church.
Our partner school in Wonji Shoa is doing well by Gods grace. They are serving 1140 students this year and are continuing to make a huge impact in the lives of the students, their families and their community. Please continue to pray for them as they continue their labor of love in serving the youth of Wonji Shoa.
Our church in Addis is continuing to grow and flourish by Gods grace. Our members are growing in their relationships with God and with one another. They have been devoted to prayer and evangelism this year and are seeing an average of about fifty salvations per month. Please continue to pray for them as they continue to reach and disciple the people of Ethiopia. Please see a photo of some of our youth taken last Sunday.
