Happy Easter!

This is a historic moment for Freedom Church. For the first time in our history, on Easter Sunday, we will hold services in two locations: Center City, Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. After months of planning, it’s hard to believe the day has nearly arrived! We’re excited about the opportunity to expand our reach, and our team has been working hard to prepare for this strategic step. Please join us in asking God to meet us with his love and grace at both locations.

We are also celebrating the return to Philadelphia of our newest campus minister, Brittanie Gilmore. Brittanie worked with us at Temple University this past fall semester, but began the year by attending our seven-week campus ministry training program in Nashville, TN. Over the course of 50 days Brittanie took a deep-dive into topics like leadership, evangelism, the story of the Bible, and developing an effective ministry. She’s been running full speed ahead since being back on campus.

Two weeks ago we celebrated with six more men and women who took the step of baptism. Every baptism is a reminder to us of the great privilege we have of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with others. Pray with us for many more lives to be changed this Easter and throughout the year.
