There is going to be 50+ tents set up on the National Mall, with each state in the US hosting three days of non-stop worship & prayer simultaneously! Burn 24-7 is partnering with Awaken the Dawn to mobilize for this unprecedented event. I am personally serving as an Awaken the Dawn regional ambassador (our region includes NC, SC, GA, and FL). I am also helping mobilize the Burn 24-7 US tribe to help, AND I will be leading worship at the gathering too.
Following the three days in 50+ tents, there is going to be a united gathering on Columbus Day with the Call that will include worship, prayer, and outreach to the city of Washington DC. Hundreds of churches and ministries are working together towards this gathering. You can learn more and get involved at awakenthedawn.org.
More than a one-time event, we are praying for a new Jesus Movement in America! We believe this catalytic gathering is part of an ongoing awakening in our nation. Our vision for 2018 is that each state would set up a tent at its capital city and host a mini Awaken the Dawn (another reason God is relocating to the Raleigh area?).
