Creating Opportunties to Touch the Nations of the World!
House of Hope - Kyrgyzstan
A house for older orphans in Karakol, Kyrgyzstan has been an area of prayer and focus for one of our missionaries, Tommi Jessup. While there is currently a Children’s Home for younger children, the challenge has been a question of what to do with the older children. The reason for House of Hope is because in that part of the world 1/3 of older orphans who leave a Children’s Home return to living on the streets, 1/5 end up in prison, and 1/7 commit suicide. Kindergarten in Ethiopia -
_Resized_250x134.jpg)
Global Impact Resources joined together with missionary Eddie Evans in the construction of two classrooms to serve 40 of the poorest youth and orphans in Ethiopia. The original project proposal was to build one classroom. However as the project progressed we were presented with the opportunity to build a second classroom at half price! By adding the second classroom the KG is able to serve 80 children in the area. The classrooms are now complete and the doors are open! It is our privilege to serve these children and are thankful to all who participated with us in making this project a success. Please click here to see pictures of this project.
A message from our President
Throughout my experiences in traveling to other countries as a pastor, I have recognized a common trend that exists among various ministries and missionaries. This trend is one of potential opportunity to impact the nations, yet the necessary resources are not always available to seize these moments. In an effort to address this challenge, Global Impact Resources was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and acts as a resource-gathering agent for missionaries and ministries. -Mike Williams |
